We want collectors, sellers, streamers, and visitors to understand what happens to information they share with us. The information we process depends on the features they use and the choices they make.

Information you provide. Depending on how you use the Services, you may choose to provide information such as your name, username, email address, contact details, account information, customer-support correspondence, profile details, and other information you submit. Where relevant features are available, this may also include collectible listings, descriptions, photos, posts, comments, livestream-related content, order details, and shipping information.

Information collected automatically. When you access the Services, we may receive technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language settings, approximate location derived from network information, referring pages, dates and times of visits, features used, and diagnostic or security logs. Cookies and comparable technologies may also be used, as described below.

Location information. Some functionality may use approximate location information. If a feature requests access to more precise device location, any such access should be explained at the time and handled through the applicable device-permission controls.

Sensitive information. We do not ask users to include sensitive personal information in ordinary profiles, listings, messages, or other content. Any sensitive information the Services actually collect or process must be identified and addressed in the final policy after technical and legal review.

  • Support user accounts, collectible discovery, community participation, and customer support.

BiDR TV is designed around collecting and community experiences. Depending on the features available, information you choose to include in public profiles, listings, posts, comments, livestreams, or other community areas may be seen, saved, or shared by other people.

Please avoid publishing personal or sensitive details that you do not want others to access. We cannot guarantee that content made public can be completely withdrawn from copies retained by others.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Services may use cookies or comparable technologies for functions such as maintaining sessions, remembering preferences, measuring performance, improving security, and understanding how the Services are used. Any analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking practices must be described accurately and managed in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Your browser or device may offer controls for cookies and tracking. Disabling certain technologies can affect how particular features work. A separate cookie notice should only be referenced if one is actually available.

6. Payments, Orders, and Shipping

Some payment or fulfillment functions may be provided by third-party services. Specific retention schedules must be confirmed before this policy is finalized. The former blanket statement that all personal information is retained for no longer than one year has been removed pending verification.

We seek to use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, and alteration. The specific safeguards described in a final notice must reflect those actually implemented.

No internet transmission, service, or storage system is completely risk-free. Users should take appropriate steps to protect their accounts and notify us if they suspect unauthorized use.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a copy, limit or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of particular uses or disclosures.

You may also be able to unsubscribe from marketing communications and manage permissions through your browser, device, or account controls where available.

To make a privacy request, contact privacy@bidr.tv. We may need information to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. We will assess and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law, including any permitted exceptions.

10. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Virginia, and other U.S. states may have additional rights when the relevant privacy laws apply to BiDR TV and the processing activity concerned. These may include rights to know or access information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, receive certain portable data, or opt out of specified processing, such as targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information as legally defined.

Where required, our final notice must explain how eligible requests can be submitted, how appeals can be made, what categories of data and third parties are involved, and how supported opt-out preference signals are handled.

Legal review required: The applicability of each state law, any sensitive-information rules, treatment of advertising technologies, and available request/appeal mechanisms must be confirmed. This draft does not reproduce the previous California data-category table because it conflicts with other collection disclosures.

11. International Data Processing

Depending on the systems and service providers used, information may be processed or stored in locations other than the country in which you live. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards and provide the relevant disclosures for international transfers.

12. Children's Privacy

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") describe the rules for accessing and using the website at https://bidr.tv, BiDR TV applications, and related services that make these Terms available (collectively, the "Services"). BiDR TV is intended to connect collectors, sellers, creators, and communities through collectible discovery, social experiences, livestreams, and commerce features where available. These Terms are a starting point for the legal conditions that will apply to those experiences.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to follow the Terms that apply to your use. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services. Any legally required notice, consent, or acceptance steps must be implemented before these Terms are relied upon as binding.

Age requirement. The intended minimum age for using the Services is 18 years. This requirement, any necessary age-verification process, and treatment of minors must be confirmed by BiDR TV's legal and product teams.

You are responsible for using the Services in accordance with applicable laws. If you create an account, you should provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify BiDR TV of suspected unauthorized access through the support channels made available to you.

Where auctions, purchases, sales, shipping, payments, livestream subscriptions, or other commercial functions are available, additional transaction or feature-specific terms may apply. Those terms, including applicable fees, fulfillment responsibilities, refund and return arrangements, and dispute procedures, must be established separately before the relevant features are offered.

2. Limited Use License and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, BiDR TV grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the Services for their intended purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of BiDR TV software, branding, design, or other protected materials.

Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by BiDR TV or the relevant rights holder, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display protected Services content outside the functionality provided by the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from software made available through the Services, except where applicable law permits it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and available content are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis, without warranties not expressly provided by BiDR TV. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Buyers and sellers should review listing details and applicable transaction terms before making commitments. BiDR TV does not guarantee that every listing is authentic, accurate, or free from dispute. The actual allocation of platform, buyer, and seller responsibilities must be confirmed in the final marketplace terms.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BiDR TV and its applicable service providers will not be responsible for categories of loss that the law permits parties to exclude or limit, including certain indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Any enforceable exclusions, financial caps, exceptions, consumer protections, and remedies must be specified by legal counsel in the final Terms. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude liability or limit rights where doing so would be unlawful.

5. Accuracy of Content, Availability, and Corrections

BiDR TV may revise these Terms as its Services or legal requirements change. An approved version will display an effective or last-updated date. Where notice or renewed consent is required, BiDR TV will provide it in accordance with applicable law.

Continued use after a change does not replace any acceptance or notice requirements imposed by law. Material changes to paid features or existing transactions may require additional handling under the applicable agreements.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services may involve the processing of personal information. Please read the separately available BiDR TV Privacy Policy for information about the categories of information processed, the purposes of processing, and relevant rights and choices.

The Privacy Policy is also a working draft pending legal and technical approval. These Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy or any legally required privacy notice or consent.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution procedures are to be confirmed by legal counsel. The source text refers only to "the laws of us", which is not specific enough to identify an enforceable governing jurisdiction.

The final Terms should identify the relevant state or country, applicable courts or dispute-resolution process, and any required consumer-specific exceptions. Nothing in this draft is intended to override mandatory protections available under applicable law.

  • Upload malware, viruses, harmful code, or material intended to interfere with the Services or other users' devices.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, data, or restricted features, or interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Services.
  • Scrape, harvest, sell, or improperly disclose other users' personal information, or otherwise violate their privacy.
  • Manipulate bids, auctions, reviews, engagement, listings, or marketplace activity through fraudulent or deceptive practices where such features are offered.
